Tristin heads our REO/Foreclosure department. She handles all files from assignment to close with precise and up to date knowledge of current market trends. BPO'S, Monthly status reports, Utility activations, negotiating directly with the banks, coordinating all final payoffs/liens etc are only a few key responsibilities she is in charge of. Tristin will assure that all files are handled with care and careful consideration and get the deal done! As well as being an assistant Tristin is a buyer specialist.
